Return Policy:
You may return most items sold by Willow Tree Toys within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Please email us for a return authorization number. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. If any item has been opened or altered, it will be sent back to you. We will issue a refund as soon as item has been received and inspected.
If your order arrives at your doorstep damaged in any way, please email us immediately so we can assist you. We will either replace the item in its entirety or supply replacement pieces or parts.
